Board of Directors

David has 30 years of insurance market experience and knowledge.

In 1999, he co-founded Corrie and Partners and was appointed Managing Director in 2003.

In 2007, David led the management buyout of Corrie and Partners from Corrie Bauckham Batts Holdings. All business was transferred into the new company, which was successfully rebranded as Endeavour Insurance Services in June of that year, with David as Managing Director and then CEO from 2010.

David started his insurance career in 1985 with CNA Re before progressing into broking where he has held positions in various aspects of the market including Casualty, Property, Personal Accident, Contingency, Inland Marine and Reinsurance. The majority of David’s broking experience was in the specialisation of delegated authority arrangements for overseas coverholders and niche international liability placements.

David joined in April 2013, with 36 years of London market experience and knowledge.

Since joining Endeavour David has worked on the strategic management of the company in developing our internal resources in tandem with the production and management of our MGA binding authority business.

David is a equity partner and his role is to manage the firm’s brokers, strategic production as a main board Director.

Prior to 2013, David headed up a specialist lines team at one of London’s largest independent brokers in North American MGA business. Between 1978 and 1994, David worked in various (re) insurance areas of the market including, Livestock, Bloodstock, UK PI, Contingency and North American Treaty Reinsurance.

Sarah joined the claims team in 2008, having spent more than 16 years working in the London market.  

Demonstrating a keen focus on efficiency, client and market service, and the customer relationship management capabilities needed to operate effectively and efficiently at varying levels within the organisation, Sarah was appointed to head up the claims team in 2010.  She has since helped to develop and promote this department by re-defining our claims handling processes, and is an advocate for continuous improvement with a challenging and innovative service vision.  Sarah’s focus reflects the company’s absolute commitment to claims services which, after all, is the ultimate shop window for our services.

Sarah was appointed to the board in 2015 as Support Services Director.

Quintin is an entrepreneurial and uniquely versatile COO and CFO who has been involved in building and growing a number of insurance broking businesses over the years.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse before joining the Insurance sector in 1983. He has deep experience in running, driving and evolving financial services businesses to create sustainable, profitable cash flow streams. He has delivered outstanding results for all stakeholders over many years. He has over ten years experience as listed public company director with over 32 years experience in the sector.

Stewart joined Endeavour Insurance Services in 2004 as a Senior Broker not only to help develop the Film and Entertainment account but to also specialise in the placement of general liability business on both open market and facility placements.

Stewart has a wide breadth of experience ranging from placing contingency and personal accident business through to placing complex general liability solutions. Now, as Divisional Director, Stewart oversees the placement of all our facilities for both casualty and property throughout Canada and the rest of the world.

Lisa joined in March 2014 and has quickly progressed from her original role of Senior Broker to Associate Director of the Canada and Rest of the World Property team.

Throughout her eight years in the industry, Lisa’s main focus and specialism has always been Canadian business, on both open market and binding authority placements, although she has also dealt in many other territories.

Specialising in Property and Package General Liability, Lisa also has a very good working knowledge of many other classes and is also responsible for other lines of business, such as high value homeowners. Lisa’s role at Endeavour is to assist in the management of our brokers’ portfolios and is one of our principal client contacts.

Neil joined Endeavour Insurance Services in 2008 and has extensive experience of designing and executing open market and binding authority placements in Canada, during his career he has developed a specialty knowledge of handling complex high hazard placements across a number of sectors and territories worldwide

In 2012 Tim joined Endeavour as a broker focusing on Canadian Errors and Omissions business, specialising in the placing of large and small Miscellaneous and Architects and Engineers risks, placed both via delegated authorities and the open market. 

Previously, Tim worked within a major broker’s Professional Risks Division in London for nine years dealing with large wholesale and retail UK and international Professional Indemnity risks.

Alan joined Endeavour in 2009 and is a very experienced Account Executive with many years’ experience of Property business.

Since moving to Endeavour he has also assisted the company move into new areas of business such as Legal Expenses, Livestock Mortality and Disease, Terrorism and Cyber within the Canada & Rest of the World team.

Lydia started her career at Endeavour in 2009 working within the technical division, producing cover notes and debit notes and slip preparation.

After three years, Lydia progressed to the Casualty broking team to provide technical assistance to brokers.

After shadowing the team for 18 months, Lydia became a broker and now places both binder and facultative business, specialising, particularly, in the placement of both Liability and Contingency contracts into Lloyd’s.

Saif joined us at the end of 2014 to work with the Canada and Rest of the World Property team.

His previous experience included working in the UK and European markets. Saif has always specialised in Commercial Property placements, both on an open market and binder basis, and he has also worked on claims and technical tasks such as managing accounts and broker support. He has also had experience in Fine Art, Terrorism, Liability, Personal Lines and Reinsurance business.

Sally joined Endeavour Insurance Services in 2010 as a claims broker. Following a restructure of the claims team two years ago, she was asked to manage the Canadian claims unit.

During her years in the market, Sally has become fully aware of the changing requirements within the claims arena, and the need to keep pace with the latest technology/innovations in order to provide an excellent service for clients, which is a core principle at Endeavour Insurance Services.

Gemma’s role involves managing claims that come through from Canadian clients covering Commercial/Residential Property, General Liability (including Liquor Law claims) together with special risks including Fine Art and Jewellers Block business.

Gemma looks after financials handled on an open market basis or through bordereaux on binder contracts then presented via the ECF system.

Kevin is a claims handler in the Canada and Rest of the World team. 

His role is to liaise with coverholders, underwriters and TPAs regarding comments and queries on claims files. He also deals with bordereaux and payments to clients.

Pat is a Claims handler for Canadian and Rest of the World business in respect of property and liability risks.

Jacquie joined Endeavour in April 2013 as a claims administrator and supports the USA and Canada & Rest of the World claims handling teams.

Rylan Joined Endeavour In January 2015 as a claims administrator supporting both the USA and Canada & Rest of the World claim handling teams.

After 8 months Rylan progressed to working solely for the Canada & Rest of the World team as a trainee claims handler.

Jacqui began working in the insurance industry in 1998 and joined Endeavour Insurance Services in January 2012 as a Senior Insurance Technician. 

Her responsibilities are production of contractual documentation for all business types of open market  and facultative risk placements,  including policy wordings and clauses.  Technical processing of all open market and facultative entries and their credit control.

Hannah joined Endeavour in 2013. Hannah’s role is handling Property, Liability and Professional Liability binding authority placements and lineslips for the Canada and Rest of the World team.

Her role incorporates liaising with coverholders and underwriters regarding the many bordereaux that are received in the team, processing of premiums, settlement to the appropriate markets and compilation and maintenance of statistics.

Sharon began her Insurance career in 1989 at Lloyd’s and has 26 years experience specialising in Binding Authority Contracts.

Sharon joined Endeavour Insurance Services in 2006, as part of the Delegated Underwriting Authority Team and is responsible for the preparation of Binding Authority Contracts, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are adhered to.

Melanie has specialised in Binding Authority Contracts for the past 30 years, beginning her Insurance career at Lloyd’s in 1981.

Melanie joined Endeavour in 2009 and, as part of the Delegated Underwriting Authority Team, is responsible for the preparation of Binding Authority contracts, ensuring they are compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Tony has 28 years insurance experience, mainly focused in the North American markets, in all Specialty Lines including Professional Indemnity, D&O, Financial Lines and Healthcare, but with a specific focus on Technology and Cyber.

He began his insurance career in 1989 at brokers Sedgwick, and then moved to First City Partnership and HSBC Insurance Brokers during which time he handled primary D&O insurance for some of the world’s biggest and most innovative technology firms. In 2010, Tony joined specialist Lloyd’s broker Safeonline LLP as Head of Broking where he was responsible for insurance lines such as Cyber, Financial, Professional and Intellectual Property.

Deandra specialises in the placing of North American property and casualty business as well as Lloyd’s Binding Authorities.

Deandra joined Endeavour Insurance Services in July 2013 as an intern and subsequently moved on to a permanent position as a broker on the USA team.

Being a national of The Bahamas she began her career in the Bahamian insurance industry 5 years prior to moving to London. Her career in the Bahamas began as an administrator for a major Lloyds coverholder. After completing her first level of Charted Insurance Institute qualifications (Cert. CII), she was provided the opportunity to intern at Endeavour Insurance Services

Deandra has now completed her Diploma in Insurance with distinction and is DIP CII qualified.

Sarah joined the claims team in 2008, having spent more than 16 years working in the London market.  

Demonstrating a keen focus on efficiency, client and market service, and the customer relationship management capabilities needed to operate effectively and efficiently at varying levels within the organisation, Sarah was appointed to head up the claims team in 2010.  She has since helped to develop and promote this department by re-defining our claims handling processes, and is an advocate for continuous improvement with a challenging and innovative service vision.  Sarah’s focus reflects the company’s absolute commitment to claims services which, after all, is the ultimate shop window for our services.

Sarah was appointed to the board in 2015 as Support Services Director.

Danny joined Endeavour Insurance Services in 2016 as our Claims manager.

He brings a wealth of Claims and Underwriting experience having previously worked as a claims team manager at a large Lloyds Managing Agent and a Third Party Claims Management based in US. Danny’s technical and operational knowledge of the Lloyd’s market further supports EIS strategic service vision, enabling us to deliver a truly value-added product.

Jane’s role involves managing claims that come through from USA clients covering Errors & Omissions insurance for Pension Professional, Legal Liability program, Miscellaneous Medical, Volunteers Program and Financials.

Janette joined Endeavour in August 2006 within the newly formed claims team, handling individual claims, notifications and processing monthly bordereau.

Following our recent company re-structure, Janette is working within the USA team liaising closely with our producing brokers.

Lynsay has over 25 years’ experience in claims, on both the broking and adjusting side, starting at JH Minet in 1989. 

Lynsay joined Endeavour in February 2011 and works within the USA team, dealing primarily with Professional Liability and Property claims, both binding authority and open market.

Jacquie joined Endeavour in April 2013 as a claims administrator and supports the USA and Canada & Rest of the World claims handling teams.

Vicki joined Endeavour in 2015 with 22 years of experience in Lloyd’s insurance market with a wide experience in Marine, Non-Marine and Aviation classes of business specialised in binding authority servicing. 

Vicki works with the USA Team bordereau and statistics technical processing team where she collates monthly risk information, process payments to underwriters and provide premium data for loss ratio analytics to markets.

Sharon joined Endeavour in 2016 bringing with her in excess of 30 years experience within the Lloyd’s insurance industry across many classes of business.

Her role as Business Development Support Handlers is to provide support to the US business unit, managing statistical analysis, binders and facultative business.

Alison has worked with us since September 2016 and runs the client reception areas as well as undertaking general office administration duties.

James joined Endeavour in 2015 to strategically implement a secure and reliable cloud based environment that would fulfil the  company’s cyber security, GDPR and growth requirements.

He has over 20 years of experience in leading IT for SME businesses looking to rapidly scale up or turn-around underperforming systems and infrastructure. Core areas include software development of business systems and cyber security for which he is also the technical partner in a cyber consultancy.

Originally working for its former parent company, Sue has been involved with Endeavour Insurance Services since its inception in March 1999 handling both H.R. and travel and joined them full-time in April 2014.

Sue began her career in the insurance industry on the secretarial/ P.A. side over 30-years ago and gradually evolved into Human Resources which is now her main function.

To this end she attended college in 2006/7 – obtaining the relevant qualifications with distinction – and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development  [ Assoc CIPD ].

Lan is an ACCA Qualified Accountant and recently joined the Insurance industry after gaining 10 years experience in the Credit Management and Software industries.

Lan oversees the finance department and is currently working on a number of operational and reporting projects.

Zafar joined Endeavour in 2010 with over 20 years of experience handling Client and Underwriter accounts.

Zafar oversees the running of the IBA department and would be the primary contact for all accounting matters.

Alise StrautinaAlise joined Endeavour in 2015 to help ensure the smooth running of back office tasks, including the preparation of management accounts, bank reconciliations, payments, purchase ledger,  expenses, client money reconciliations and involvement in various finance related automation projects

Alise is involved in all aspects of the finance department and works directly with the Financial Controller and Directors of the company.

She is also studying towards her professional accountancy qualification.

Compliance Team

Compliance

Nathan joined Endeavour in 2016 and currently supports the Compliance team with the management of Coverholder compliance, audits and Counterparty (TOBA) applications.

He has worked in the Lloyd’s market for over 15 years and is a qualified Accountant (FCCA).

Tracey joined Endeavour in 2009 and as part of the Delegated Underwriting Authority team,Tracey is responsible for the preparation of Binding Authority contracts, ensuring they are compliant with all regulatory requirements.

She is also responsible for all Coverholder compliance, especially assisting applicants through the Lloyd’s Coverholder application process. Tracey has over 16 years experience in Delegated Authorities, a career which started with Lloyd’s
